Acupuncture Insurance accepted 

Many insurance plans offer acupuncture and massage coverage. As a courtesy to our clients, we will verify your insurance coverage. Simply call the office and provide your insurance information, your name and your date of birth. This does not guarantee payment by the insurance company and clients are responsible for charges incurred. We ask for 24 hrs. notice for appointment cancellations or you may be charged a late cancellation fee. We have in-network providers with the following insurance companies. In- network status varies by practitioner. For our counseling services we are in- network with Premera and Lifewise, and out of network for all other companies.

  • First Choice
  • Aetna
  • Cigna
  • Regence
  • Group Health– Out of network but are often covered and many plans are very good
  • United
  • PIP (auto injury cases)
  • L and I not covered for acupuncture
  • Medicare/ Medicade not covered

We ask for 24 hrs. notice for cancellations or you may be charged a late cancellation fee. As of August 1st 2017, our cancelation policy will change to 48 hours. If you need to cancel your appointment  with less that 48 hours notice you may be charged a fee of $60.

As of August 1st, 2017 our acupuncture, massage and counseling time of service rates will change. Please ask the front desk for current rates.
