Acupuncture Insurance accepted
Many insurance plans offer acupuncture and massage coverage. As a courtesy to our clients, we will verify your insurance coverage. Simply call the office and provide your insurance information, your name and your date of birth. This does not guarantee payment by the insurance company and clients are responsible for charges incurred. We ask for 24 hrs. notice for appointment cancellations or you may be charged a late cancellation fee. We accept Visa, and Mastercard. We have in-network providers with the following insurance companies. In- network status varies by practitioner. For our counseling services we are in- network with Premera and Lifewise, and out of network for all other companies.

- Group Health– Out of network but are often covered and many plans are very good

- PIP (auto injury cases)
- L and I not covered for acupuncture
- Medicare/ Medicade not covered
We ask for 48 hrs. notice for cancellations or you may be charged a late cancellation fee of $60.
