Acupuncture in the second trimester can ease the transitions that occur as you start to feel and look more pregnant. You will feel your baby move! Your baby begins to hear and respond your voice, music and the outside environment. The skeletal system is developing and you may find out your baby’s sex.

Acupuncture is used to assist many issues including:

Acupuncture in the second trimester supports your body at a time when it is beginning to shift and change.  Generally, you should be feeling stronger and healthier. You will have an easier time eating a healthy and will enjoy food again if you have had aversions.
